Hi, I am looking for a 14500 light to replace my Hugsby P31.

1. I will be ordering online
2. My budget goes up to $100 so don't be affraid to give any suggestions
3. I want a single 14500 light so as long as it takes 1 battery size doesn't matter to me
4. I am looking for about 200 lumens and up
5. I want a rugged flashlight something that can take quite a lot of abuse but these days most flashlights are built to last so I have faith in almost all reputable lights
6. I want a tail clicky light. That has a tactical type switch like: High and then half click gets you to strobe. Or even High, Low, Strobe. Having quick, easy, no-nonsense access to strobe is really important to me. Twist heads are okay as long as one of the head settings give me high/strobe like the 4sevens Quark 123. I really like Klarus design but the XT1A is too weak in my opinion especially since it is rocking the R5 LED and it isn't 14500 compatible

THANKS!

You like the Quark 123 tactical UI? Get the AA model and use a 14500 :). Tighten head for max and loose for strobe :)

Quark 123*2 Tactical UI rules!! I have been EDC'ing one for over three years. The 123*2 is not much bigger than single AA. My new FourSevens 123*2 XML-U2 pumps out over 800 lumens in 'burst' mode. That's a pretty intense strobe.

+1 on Quark 14500, but maybe go with the pro model with tactical tailcap. That gives you turbo+strobe on tight, and the other modes on loose. That's what I EDC these days. Mine has been modded to neutral XML2, and pushes 300+ lumens.
