Tec 40 is being redesigned!

I sent an e-mail to Princeton Tec asking if they were addressing the problem with the Tec 40 and how it crushes rechargeable batteries. To my great surprise I received the following reply:

"We are working on a new Tec-40 to be relesed in late August. It will have springs on the bottom and a better reflector base to eliminate that problem. If you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to contact me again.
