Temperature on heatsink

Does anyone has experiencies what kind of temperature is there on the heatsink (HAIII) with p7 or p4? I was just wondering with what kind of materials these heatsinks could be in contact?

Temperature varies greatly with LED current, quality of interface between LEd and heatsink, and mass of heatsink. But the heatsink shouldn't ever be over 60˚C or thereabouts.

But the heatsink isn't going to be very helpful if it's not in contact with something to carry the heat away. (think airflow)
