I just want to say thanks again for the past 2 years here on the CPF.

We have a unique relationship here on the CPF. I say unique because it is unusual in manufacturing for the customers to have this level of communication with the manufacturer.

Successes and failures, they all are documented here. Sometimes I'm grumpy, sometimes you are grumpy. But we both keep shooting for the ideal.

I don't think new people to this forum realize the significance of this relationship. But as time progresses, they should get some sort of idea. And I hope it is very practical.

Me and my products are fallable. Sometimes I think I know what's best but then I find I am completely wrong. Sometimes I feel like I hit one right out of the park.

I want to say thanks for making me feel welcome here, for asking good questions and saying something when I am wrong or our products have a problem. I hope that both of us maintain our objectivity. I hope we continue to keep the lines of communication open here on the CPF, via email, phone and at the shows.

I thank God who holds me together for His good pleasure. I pray that I will always be honest in my dealings and that each flashlight is a blessing to those who receive them. I am thankfull for my task and the time I have here.

To many more years of working together on the CPF...

YES! It was your website that started my interest in lights, esp. LEDs. I typed "LED lights" in the search engine, found your site, learned alot about so many lights and your link to CPF brought me here. And in turn, I found ARC lights. Thanks Craig. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for a great light Peter. 8 Arcs and no real problems. The best thing about buying your products are that you stand behind them.

Also thanks for being so open about your products and issues on this forum. I think its easier to overlook issues knowing that the commitment is there to make a perfect light.

Peter's right. Very rarely do you get to associate with a manufacturer on the level CPF has... Peter's candor and openness here is what adds to the overall rewarding experience enjoyed on CPF...

Hmmmmm ... I'll have to give Craig credit for my first purchase from Arc, a lowly Arc AAA 3.1. I wandered into Craig's page while looking for info on LEDs in general, and stumbled on to CPF from there.
