They\'re teasing me!!!!

I'm sitting here watching "Price is Right" and for their final showdown thing one of the prize groups has a years worth of Krispy Kremes. I've never had one but will in about two weeks. Come on, can't they stop this?? Now all I can think about is those darn donuts, I can't get anything done around here!

I find Krispy Kreams to be TOO sweet...

I find it VERY hard to pass a Krispy Kreme store when the "HOT NOW" sign is lit.

We have a donut shop around here run by a family that used to run a Shipleys franchise (and run it well!).

They now put out donuts that are even better than Shipleys.

Of course we all know donuts ain't exactly a wonderful part of a well balanced diet! (and I am trying to do the right thing more often than not).

What I miss is the Sweet Dreams store (Baskin Robbins on steroids!). Of course the hot ticket is NOT to eat sweets....

Too sweet for me... but definitely worth the hour drive once every year or two to get one hot off the line. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Tommies, a local dig, sure give KK a run for their money. Both are mouth-watering delicious!
