Well, another light on the way, Quark qpa. I tell you, I hadn't bought a flashlight in years before joining this forum! Since joining I picked up a TK22, LF bulb for my E2D and now I'm looking at upgrades for my 2D Maglite.

Dangerous forum. Now I've seen the Deft EDC and trying to work out the budget for that!

Nfetterly, you're evil. But thank you for those tips! Man, I'm a sucker for Ti. Having the quark on order almost justifies my 4sevens Ti whistle on my keychain.

As nfetterly has mentioned, and as you've pointed out... If you do not enjoy living dangerously, best to stay away from the CPF Custom Modders and Builders section of the forum. Particularly the section entitled [Cool Fall]... It is said that a clandestine gathering of SPYs frequents that forum. :cool:. Best to stay away... X-ray photos...

Oh... Any threads with the secret code words "SUREFIRE" or "MALKOFF"... Very dangerous!

Oh, and since you've discovered Michael's masterpieces, check out the Deft-X thread in the OMG Lumens secion.

To the OP, yes I hear ya on your thread title!! Any forum is dangerous for sure but the best part is you get to review many products/chat to fellow members before actually buying something. Weeds out some of the junk that way and pick up a lot of nice mods and tricks along the way. I belong to several RC forums and they do eventually end up influencing a drain on my bank account.....lol. :oops:

Just wanted to say my wife hates this forum. I came on here to research one light now im looking into buying several. Reading on this site has really got me into flashlights. Shes like great one more hobby lol.:thumbsup:
