International buyers want you to ship to them, but then want you put down $5.00 for a $40.00 part? Maybe it was used and beat up, but that is why you get so many sellers not wanting to ship internationally.

Is there a customs tax you have to pay on items received there?

It just a joke where SF rates their Z57 with $5
I know it was a must to get away from taxes
I paid nothing for receiving the TC at post office
But i felt funny about it
SF has a sense of homour :P
