Thor confusion 3.5MCP/10MCP???????

There appear to be 2 Thor lights out there that look nearly identical except for dual level switch and shoulder strap. "3.5MCP" and "10MCP". e.g UK retailer links

(You get similar differences if you search US websites).

What are the main differences? I want a light to put a bright osram bulb in and don't want to go for the cheap option if it means it isn't big enough or won't take the mod. Which light to you guys mean by 'Thor'?? Are they the same size and build?? Which should i get??? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Original thread was 10Mill CP. I think the Mods are based on that. I do not know anything about the 3.5

There's a decent price difference, so I would assume that they are different.

They are different, the 3.5 MCP Thor is a H3 base with a smaller reflector,rocker switch on top and the 10MCP Thor is a H4 base with a bigger reflector and 2 brightness settings with 2 rocker switches, I have the 3.5MCP and am very satisfied, the 10MCP is bigger, someone said it was Krusty the clown torch! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Both should be nice tough! I had to test a lot of 3.5MCP to find one with a tight spot.
