Great site ladies and gents.
Can anyone help me with my Cyclops Thor x spot light - it won't ignite.
I bought a new H4 bulb.....the battery shows 9+v on my volt meter....the two red leads show 9v each....AC charger shows 16v......
Both old and new bulbs won't light...hmmm....
Why won't it work?
Is it the bat?
