I'm looking at a drop in for my SF 6PL.
Which would you guys say is best from the Malkoff M61 (260 lumens) or the new ThruNite (493 lumens).
The ThruNite seems to give off a LOT of light! But I have no idea how long the batteries would last on that. Also, it doesn't say the throw, which might be less than the Malkoff. Everyone I speak to seems to say Malkoff are best, so I am considering them. But... 493 lumens is a LOT of light.
What do you think?
In terms of battery power; I'm going to bore out my SF and use the AW rechargeable batteries, the 2900 mAh version (which is the highest I have found for capacity).
