Tiablo A9 and Fenix TK10 rechargeable battery help

Good morning experts

I have recently bought a Fenix Light TK10 that is awesome, looking for some more throw and upon your suggestion I bought a Tiablo A9 that is awesome too. I am eating batteries however (you know I like to play with my new toys..) So I bought some rechargeable CR 123 from Ultrafire.

I have two 880mAh 3.7V and four 880mAh 3.6V

but non rechargeable CR123 are 3V

Can I use the 3.6 and 3.7 V rechargeable in my flashlights ?
(Tiablo & Fenix manuals say nothing about battery voltage)

Yes you can. Both lights work fine with 3,6/3,7V rechargeables.

I own the Tiablo A9, and you will get much better runtime using a 18650 Lithium Ion battery. Rechargeable CR123's are low capacity cells which I do not care for too much. I have a few, but rarely use them, and when I do, I use them only in single cell lights.

I have some Ultrafire 3.6V 880mAh batteries too but they can not be used in the TK 10 because they are too long and with them in it is not possible to screw in the tailcap. Two CR123 primaries are about 68mm long while two Ultrafire's are more than 71mm.

Hello...I am thinking of getting the TK10 as I prefer the design ergonomics of the larger behind head area to the TK11 which uses the 18650. Can I use a protected AW 17670 in the TK10 or do I have to go to the TK11?...William

The TK10 will quickly fall out of regulation on 17670 because it's buck only. The TK11 is buck/boost, so it maintains regulation on a single Li-Ion cell.

Go for the TK11 if you plan to use rechargeables.
