tiablo a9 battreys

hi guys just been out lamping with my tiablo in which it had a silver ultrafire 18650 battrey in and to be honest it wasnt that bright much dimmer than when i use 2 tr16340 battreys .which battreys are recommended to use in his flashlight

It's probably the tiablo that doesn't do any regulation with a single 18650, so it's not the batterys fault.
