Don't ask me why I tried this but I took the tail cap off my TL-3 Led and screwed on the head of my E2O (no batteries or lamp of course). It fit perfectly.
Which leads to my next question, is the head of the TL-3 where it meets the body threaded on or press fit? I couldn't get mine off. If it is threaded on what are the chances the threads are the same as the tail cap and would it be possible to exchange the TL head with a surefire body or Mclux body?
