TLE-300M-EX doesn't work.

I just received my terralux drop in. I plugged it into a new 4D mag, with fresh batteries, and it doesn't work. (worked with my terralux 140 led)

I cannot get ahold of terralux. any ideas where I should start looking for a fix?
