I attached my TM15 to a tripod mount and with very little torque, the entire sleeve popped right out. Still waiting to hear back from the seller but it looks like a design issue and I suspect a new unit is likely to the same thing. Anyone have an idea for a DIY repair for this to securely attach the sleeve? I will post a photo, sorry it's so large.

I used it in the same way in the winter for outdoor lighting and did not have the issue. I agree that all weather water proof epoxy is all that is needed. It's a great light.
