TN11 help

I just got my new Tn11 from Thrunite, could someone tell me how to the to the other modes, I can get max and firefly. What do I turn? the entire head, they mention ring but what ring?

I think going gear has some video clips and so does Utube.

1. Deactivate the light and loosen the head.
2. While the head is loosened, activate the light.
3. While powered on, tighten and loosen the head twice within two seconds.
4. The light will now automatically cycle modes, from moonlight, to ramping, to beacon, and then to strobe. The process will continuously repeat.
5. When you reach your desired mode, quickly tighten and loosen the head within half a second to program the light.
