Can I buy tritium from lumi and install by myself in my Wee?

Yes, it is possible. You just use a very, very, small amount of cyanoacrylic glue (super-glue). Of course, I am assuming that all Wees have the tritium slots already cut into them, which I am 99% sure they do.
