Tungsram LED sealed beams

Looking for Tungsram H1 bulbs, as I saw in other post, I found this in Amazon:

So, anybody know how are they? (I was thinking in the recent post from Virgil regarding the Truck Lite sealed beams).

They're rebranded Maxxima units from Taiwan. They perform about like a half decent sealed beam (that is, half decent by sealed beam standards), except with the bluish-white LED light color.
