I have this DX SKU 29095 which only has a single level of brightness. Anything available at DX ie new tail cap or power controller to convert this easily to 3 brightness level. I like the 1aa but it only runs for a hour. I want the low level to be quite low so I can run it as a fishing camping light. Thanks

Picture did not go up.

DX sku 50526 might work if it fits... whether it costs more in time/bother versus buying a different light is up to you to decide.

If you are using 14500 you can use the niteize multimode tail (same threads as 2 aa mag), and you will get high-med-low-sos-strobe, and the switch has a blinking locator beacon (if you want the beacon off you must unscrew the switch and screw it back in).

A single AA will not work though.. you have to use a 14500 with it.
