Tying paracord

I have a couple tiki pendants (being a tiki fan) that are tied with 2 separate knots so that the size can be adjusted. Does anyone know to do this, and convey to me how to do it?

A simpler one is a double fisherman's knot:

or, you can use a simple fisherman's knot, which is basically two overhand knots tied oposite to each other:
