Hi all,

Just to let you know...

I have just seen the latest flyer for the LIDL stores...

As of Monday 28th April they will have LED Headlamps for £4.99 (supplied with 3 AAA panasonic batteries.

They are stating 65% cheaper compared to a similar item, the Cyba Lite headlamp purchased in Blacks, Wimbledon on the 19th March 2003.

Please Note : I have no affiliation with this store and am not trying to advertise their products, I just thought there may be a few readers who would like to take up this offer, so please don't flame this post.

slight error on my behalf...

the flyer was double sided and the dates differ for each side.

the offer I mentioned applies from thursday 1st of may NOT monday 28th april.

sorry for any inconvenience i have caused.
 
the images on the link that Kristofg posted are the same as the ones in the flyer i have.
 
I've been there first thing in the morning ! 9.99 EUR with 3 AAA Panasonic (about 1 EUR worth).

BUT it's not streamlight clipmate (it's "Aldi"). And it's only ONE LED !!! The output should be in the arc/photon class (plus non-regulated, I can bet).

I think I'm going to pass on this (even considering the fact that in Europe all lights are twice their price in USA).
