Ultra G Switch Problem

My Ultra G switch (?) is giving me trouble, turn it to where it comes on and it goes off when you let go, try turning it a bit more and it goes off. All looks clean, no glop on the threads, contact, etc.

You can either send it back to CMG, they seem to have good customer service. Or try this check the bottom of the review for a do it yourself fix.
