Unknown Noma 3W Luxeon LED

Anyone has this 3w LED ? It was named as "Noma 3W Luxeon LED" I like to get more info about it.

After much research....google didn't help, I managed to find leads with the UPC code. It's a KO33 3W LED LUXEON model.

I emailed the manufacture to see if it's regulated but havent got any replies yet.

Is there a way to test it myself(I heard about the wet finger test but not sure how it's done)??

The light is obvious much brighter than my 0.5w grip-light from rayovac but is it on-par with a 3w?

I think NOMA is just a Canadian Tire store brand name now. They bought the rights to the name for Canada a few years back. I guess it could be anyones...likely sourced from China.

Noma doesn't always mean crap their line of Battery backup units are pretty good. It's a great looking light.

I saw this light at the local Canadian Tire. $36.99 iirc, too much $$ now that the sub $50 cree lights are starting to show up!
