Upgrade from TK35?

I've had my TK35 for about a year now and love it, but as usual I have an itch to go even brighter. I don't want an enormous D cell flashlight, but I could go a bit larger than the TK35. What is the next step up in the same relative size range? Max price would be 250ish. I was looking at the DRY 3 Cree but got confused about all the revisions and I don't really like that it heats up so quick.

I have the TK35 also. Waiting for the Zebralight S6330, runs on 3 18650 with 2400 lumens.

Interesting. A quick Google didn't bring up any pictures, are there any yet? Looks like it's been in the making for some time now.

I should also mention I'm not looking for a thrower or flood light exclusively, I want one that does a bit of both like the TK35.

I was in the same situation as you. I ended up with the Sunwayman T60cs. Overall happy withbmy purchase. It came with a much nicer holster and it wasn't to much bigger. The TK35 is such a nice light, its hard to improve. I did test them next to each other. The main thing I notice about the T60cs is a much wider hotspot and more spill. It didn't throw too much further.
