I've just ordered a USB2BYK from http://eurecart.free.fr/. The site is in French but Google translation makes sense and I've read a number of reviews by cyclists.
I'm wondering if anyone here has used one and how you set it up.
Cost to Australia was just under $50. A fraction of the price of an Ewerk.
