I anyone making or developing LED with UVC outputs between 207 and 222nm?

I don't know of any in the 207 to 220 nm range, but I noticed recently that Luminus makes a 280 nm LED rated up to 60 mW optical power at 350 mA. It's interesting to see there have been advancements in the UV-C range.

With what goal? That is neither a good wavelength for sterilization or making ozone.
