Favorite v54 lights are k60vn and R50vn. Can't decide between the two as the R50vn is small and can be carried easily but the k60vn just has amazing throw and output for when I want to carry a larger light. Least favorite is far from my least favorite light but if I a absolutely had to choose one it's the k70vn only because it doesn't get used as often as my other lights.

My favorite V54 light so far is the Fenix LD75Cvn. I really like the soda can size and scaring people with the police lights. I am looking toward trying a Thrunite TN36UTvn if I don't break down and buy one of the TN30vn70 deals first. I don't have a least favorite, but if I had to pick one it would probably be the Fenix BC30Rvn. Number 1300

It is difficult to almost impossible to pick just one favorite light as they all have their place of use. So ill break it down into categories of the lights I have.

For the smallest lights, it of course would be the TOOLvn with XPL-HI 5000k and drivervn2, for being so small it puts out almost as much light as most 18650 lights do. It is so small you can hide it anywhere, and is also easy to loose.

Least favorite is one of my LD02vn with drivervn2, but the UI is slightly different, with no memory modes even being on for more then a second it always goes back to first mode instead of advancing to next mode. I like the light just not the UI on that one.

My favorite pop can light is the MM18vn with 2 - XHP-70 NW and XML2-PDT, it has both flood and throw in one light. I like the nice flood for walking and if you need to see something out a bit you've got the thrower built into the same light, really nice combo.

I can't say it's a least favorite, but the MM15vn has a slightly temperamental UI, I actually use this light quite a bit for walking as well but it sometimes does what it feels like instead if what I'm trying to do.

For mid & large size lights my favorites are K40Mvn and K60vn, they have good balanced beam profiles, really good output and runtimes along with great heat managment. They just balance everything together very well. I also like the magnetic ring UI it's just simple and easy to use.

My least favorite is the K40Lvn, which is only because I don't have the room to really use the throw it offers, but otherwise I do like the light.

I was at work the other day and my friend asked to lend him one of my "big lights". I happened to have the tn40vn so I told him he can't have it but i'll light up whatever he wants.

Little did I know I had stepped into the middle of a light war where the truck loaders were using their factory issue lights to "strobe" my friend out of finishing his job and he was fighting back. He had an mh27 I got him a while back.

---actually, i don't really know who started this fight, my friend or the truck loaders. it's just my friend knew i had a "big light" and he was against 3 other guys.---

Anyhow, I point my tn40vn in the direction of the open trucks and double click for turbo... and am immediately greeted by laughter from behind the stacks of pallets.

"what da F--K?!?!"
"pull your F---ING pants back up!"
"hey f----er this ain't funny. put that s--t down m---erf---er."
"dude what the hell?"
(I realize the amount of inappropriate grammar involved in quoting my work environment so I'll cut it at this)

Needless to say, we were the victors and for the next hour or so, productivity was further reduced as they compared my tn40vn to other light sources like highbeams and plug-in side-lights. Good times.

Another favorite V54 light is M25C2vn with driver vn2. I like it because when it is really dark I can point it straight up at the sky and see the low clouds floating by with it. ( I assume they are low because my light hits them) number 1031

My favorite (and only) V54 light is my NiteEye Mini1-vn. I recently flew to visit my daughter and only took lights that were USB rechargeable (Mini1-vn, Imalent DN12 and NItecore Tube) so I wouldn't need to take a charger. The Mini1-vn was around my neck and very useful as a nighttime light and, turned up to max, as a walking-the-dog light. "Least favorite" is not a concept I can grasp.

My favorite light has to be the T6vn. I wish it had a lockout. I wish it fit in my pocket. But I forget about those things as soon as I turn it on. It is just so bright, and throws so far!

The other night my wife was out paddleboarding, and coming back a little late... the sun had set and it was a little dark. I pulled the T6vn out and hit her with the beam from the deck, just for a few seconds. She was halfway to the bridge in the pic below (pic taken today before sunset). When she got back to the house she was laughing about it... "All I saw was this huge ball of light. It didn't look like light from a flashlight; the ball of light was big!"

Then there was the time a couple weeks ago when we camped out at a gathering. I couldn't get a nice beamshot, but I was standing as I was here... and I lit up the entire tree line all the way to the trees in the back, and it still had range to spare. My wife was laying down in one of the tents visible to the right and saw all of the trees light up through the window of the tent. I'm not sure she was proud of me, but she knew it was me. Anyway, then I hear other people in the crowd talking... "wow, what kind of light does he have?"... etc.

T6vn is an awesome light... you have to get it outside in open spaces to best enjoy it... but I enjoy it lots!

EDIT: Might as well make this an entry. #5147
