V72 Holster

I was at my local tactical store today (retail store for actiongear.com) and they had a "floor sample V72" but they would not sell it to me, even though they were out of the V72 aside from that one. The V72, V71, and V70 all have that dull dark grey polymer finish correct? This one was a shiney black polymer. I was wondering if that was only because it was a "sample" ?

I wouldn't get the polymer series V7x holsters. I have the V71 and find that bezel up carriage scratches up the tail-cap and makes it hard to remove the light. While bezel down carriage means the light rides to high, and is uncomftable/difficult to conceal under clothing. Just my opinion mind!

That is exactly what my impression was of that holster. I guess I will look for a leather or basketweave holster. I was considering one of the larger pepper spray (mark 4 size maybe) basketweave holsters...
