My 1.5 million candle power Vector Lite has the two led's and a red light in the handle while charging. They stay on until I disconnect it.
The light doesn't come on after the charge (24 hrs) It works fine when I plug it into my cars lighter.
I took it apart and checked the continuity, then checked the bulb, nothing was wrong anywhere. ???
