Vector Power on Board HID

Hello, I know a very popular spotlight is the Vector Power on Board. I would like to call myself an enthusiast but it would not be fair to the real enthusiast, however I do love lights, anyways, I was wondering where I could find a Vector Power on Board? I have looked all over, maybe it's just the way I search I don't know, but I'm really interested in them.
