Vector VEC138BY Flashlight!

Hi my name is Sam and I bought the Vector VEC138BY Flashlight. I have lost my instruction manual, and my battery just died!!! So I'm asking some one out there on this forum to tell me please how long I am supposed to charge the battery on the initial charge, and then how long I'm supposed to charge the battery every other time after the initial charge has been done.. Thanks in advanced!
