Very strange occurance!

The strangest episode happened to me yesterday. I posted a few days ago (4/8) that I have ordered a lathe from a China company. I sent them an email for an update of the shipping date, and they responded that someone asked for the unit to be shipped to HongKong instead of me.

The china company were as surprised as I am on this rip attempt, I straighted everything and the unit is coming home.

I post here just to warn everyone.

What I learned: not to post/talk about pending commercial operations before all knots are tied up... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

I'm not pointing fingers at all, I asked Sasha about this and she suggested me to post this warning in the same forum of my original post.

Wow! That is weird. Someone stealing our identities? Corporate fraud? Good thing you managed to straighten it out. Good luck with your lathe too.
