Sorry if this is old news, I only just found out. Victorinox have recently released a small pocket knife with built in (but detachable) 64 MB USB memory stick. Includes blade, scissors, nail file, pen and red LED light. They also have a version without the blade, scissors and nail file designed to be allowed to take on planes although it does defeat the purpose of having a swiss army USB memory stick.
