EDIT - I'm leaning on a few more vendors and leaning harder on the ones I've already talked to.
 
Lest some think this concept will die a silent death, here's an update.

This design is economically manufacturable, unlike the previous concept with the "return."

The vertical dimension indicates "depth of ride" for the light in a pocket. The complex "return" on previous revisions would have only increased the depth by about 0.19" - which hardly warrants paying >2x as much for it. The horizontal dimension is the "gauge" of material you can conveninetly slip the clip over - 0.14" ought cover most types of pockets or belts.

The material we've decided on is spring stainless, which should be flexible enough to allow moderate abuse without permanent distortion.

I anticipate selecting a vendor sometime next week, with the pre-order possibly being announced at the end of the week. This will likely be a single-run item.

I'm not going to name a price just yet, but I think our target number is very reasonable for a short-run accessory.

Hey, I didn't look closely enough, but I do indeed like the way the clip is Truly reversible - with absolutely NO holes anywhere (nor any pesky "filler screws" needed) - or even no clip at all when circumstances strike, such as true pocket-carry during some glitzy silk-trousered night on the town...

idleprocess, I think it is time to start a true "sign up list" over at Modder's B/S/T - once we get the final price nailed down, that is...

No list has been established, and there's no need to maintain one. We'll let you know when the offer is announced in Custom B/S/T, and the offer will be left open for at least a week.

There's no "build sequence," or assembly - nor is there a limit on quantity to be made or how many any person can buy.
 
If someone just wants serialization without all the priceless extras that come with the $50 version (it's like a collectable plate back when they were all the rage!), I've got a set of manual alphanumeric stamps around somewhere - and I'll stamp a clip with anything you like (for a price - correct spelling not guaranteed).
