Are there any more small 1 cell e-series compatible bodies available at a decent price?

I have a spare SF head I am looking to match with a body.

Loads...

Pricerange?
Colours?
Clip?

Tried searching the forums for similar threads...?

As for the VG`s they are still around on atleast two websites...
(don`t want to link)

im a big fan, although supposedly the clicky isnt ultra-durable. good luck in your search! :twothumbs

I would really like to know where I can find one of the e-series compatible 18650 or 17670 body tubes (for my Nitecore extreme). If anyone wants to PM me a link I'd appreciate it.

That's a Vital Gear FB1 body but they seem to be hard to find. I've run across the FB2 two cell ones so if anyone runs across a reliable source for the single celled ones please post or send PM.

Cheers,

I like my Vital Gear VG3 very much, but I wonder what will happen if the tail cap breaks, especially if I'm out in the middle of nowhere. Will I have a hard anodized paperweight? With my Surefire's I can always take a spare tail cap.

Did you buy that in the Marketplace? If so I almost bought that one. :grin2:

I couldn't get over twisting the head to turn it on though, for some reason that just turned me off.

I have no idea why, since you have to turn the head off to replace the battery anyways...

Iuch...
Twisty UI sucks...

They look alot nicer but the constant twisting kills me....

I recall a fellow CPFer posting an interest thread on a group buy
for Vital Gear bodies.
I dont know what became of it, try searching for this and PMing the OP

Actually no. I bought it from my local SF dealer, I think I paid something like $15 for it. I just like the compact size. I can understand how twisting the bezel to turn it on and off wont appeal to everyone, but its just one less thing to go wrong, I actually don't mind it.

You are totaly right there sureaddicted...!

Allthough I`ve never had one fail..

Yet..
