Interesting, I think they mean for it to be a regular ~1.7 voltage range but it doesn't say anywhere.
AFAIK energizer has a patent on lithium primaries.

if you click on the 4-pack of AA, it shows the retail packaging. it says 1.5v (not sure if that's what you mean).

i ordered a 4-pack just to see what it was about. i can post pictures if people are interested.
