I'm curious as well now! The package was a grey case that you had to pull apart from the top while holding the bottom, The packaging/labling looked legit!
I installed them today, and also checked my voltage with the lights on(the Wagners) and it read 12.45.
At first I was pretty dissappointed with the Xtreme Power's as the look was no differant than the Wagners. I took it out on the road after it got dark and on low beam there was little to no diff, from the Brite Lites(maybe a tad more light but nothing significant.. Then I switched to high beam, and the Xtreme Power bulbs were signifigantly better than the Brite Lite bulbs, very significant! All in all I'm fairly happy with the Xtreme bulbs seeing they are twice as good on high beam as any others I've tried, I don't mind as bad since I put H9 xtravisions bulbs in my fog lights, they really work alot better than the H10 bulbs, they are 20w more than the H10's, so they should! And before we get off on stray/scattered light, I've not once been bright lighted because of them, I have them aimed so they won't bother oncoming traffic, I tested it for myself, and other than looking like a whiter/brighter light, the glare is minimal at best.
The one thing I am alittle leary about is on Philips website they talk how they made the bulb smaller, etc.. These 9007 Xtreme power's are alot bigger than the Wagners. They have that special coating on the tip like on the website and all, but they are definately not smaller than the normal 9007. They are actually about the same size as the Hella 9007 bulbs I previously had in before the Brite Lite bulbs. The Hella Bulbs are bigger than other 9007 bulbs I've run!
The package looks just like the one in this link!
