Sold/Expired Wanted: AA NiMH cells with solder tabs

I'm looking for four AA rechargeable cells, NiMH chemistry. Must be flat tops with solder tabs. Does anyone have any? The ones I see on eBay are either the old 1800 maH variety or come sold in lots of twelve, twenty, or more.
