My Fenix bike light doesn't shut off when I hit a bump.

Maybe check the end caps and threads for cleanliness and snug 'em up tight.

Interesting. I'm using a BC26R. Other than that it is a swell light. Although I often use it for tasks other than biking. It is great for lighting a room and has enough lumens that it outshines a majority of my lights.

Me to. I commute with it so I get about 50 miles a week in the dark.

This should not happen. If everything is tight (cables and battery caps), then reach out to your service center for warranty work.
