I'd love to go if I had a legitimate company to use.
When I was a high school student (mid 80's) I read imported computer magazines (popular computing, byte, pc magazine, etc) they weren't easy to find here, sometimes I spent hours at the US Embassy Lincoln Center (a library) yes... Im a geek
At that time most magazines had a readers info card, and ads had a reference number, so if you wanted to know more you circled that number, mail the reader card and with luck a few months later you received vendor info.
Since I was in the same position as you, I invented a company name: Peutronics, my thinking at the time was that the vendors would not pay attention to a high school student but they would to a company with proper name
and used it for years the same way.
When I finally started my first commercial endeavour (interfase cables for casio digital diaries) one thing I didn't had to think was the company name, that biz ended about 10 years ago but I still use the same name, now as a LLC
