WF-139 LIGHT SEQUENCE

Just started charging batteries with my new UltraFire WF-139 and I don't know what is the proper light sequence should be. No instructions.

When plugged in with no batteries the LED's glow green.

When I put batteries in the charger the lights turn red and blink on and off. Is that what they are supposed to do when charging?

How do I know when the batteries are charged? Will the lights turn green?
