what can i do?

i have this INOVA light(http://www.hechinger.com/web/catalo...s-188775&cid=49CAFD08E89EDCF9D28BF7BF5086FE3A) and was wondering if there is any way to make it a brighter light. i have the light apart so if anyone needs pics i can post them. is it posable to install a new brighter led or increase the power to the current led? thanks for your help.

You might want to post the pictures, that would help a lot. That being said, you could probably de-solder the Luxeon and put a Seoul P4 in it's place(you'll also need thermal paste to ensure the heat has somewhere to go). It should have double the output after the mod.

Just FYI, that light is not carbon fiber like that website you linked stated. It's a simple metal tube surrounded by polycarbonate. Still tuff, but that light in carbon fiber would cost more around $100, not $20.

yeah, i know. carbon fiber wouldnt push it up that much but i would say 45 not 100.
