what does the Longbow McCapsule do?

Longbow McCapsule is essentially a custom made replacement light engine for the Longbow series lights. It screws in to replace the existing engine. As for flavors, because it is custom made (by yourself or one of the in-house modders) it can be equipped with a selection of different biases and Luxeons.
