What's the Smallest UPS Available?

I'd like to get a UPS with a very small footprint for my C9000 charger. I live in Florida where storms are frequent, and the power frequently goes out for 5-30 sec. I'd like to protect the charger and keep it from shutting down during the brief outages.

I do not want to use my PC's UPS because I can hear the C9000's chirping very well, and do not want it near me. Fortunately my wife can't hear it at all.. So I'd like to get a very small, inexpensive UPS to put in the kitchen where my C9000 will reside. Any suggestions? Provide links if possible.

Doesn't the c9000 run from 12v? My 401 does. Get a small charge controller and an 12v SLA battery, no sense in having the ups convert to 120v then back down to 12 again.
