Where to buy heatsinks?

I'm looking for heatsinks that will fit down the tube of a Mag C size flashlight. I'm waiting to receive the one from ElektroLumens but I know that will be too big and will need modification to fit.
I've contacted Lambda for his heatsinks but he has informed me that his heatsinks have sold out.
What options to I have left?
