where to get good crees

Hi I've been using DX for everything up until the last couple months and I'm starting to learn about binning. I was wondering if anyone could tell me were I could get xre Q5's or R2's (those are the brightest bin right?) for less than 8.00 dollars a bulb. I would prefer R2's on normal bases not stars. And does anyone know where I could get heatsinks for crees that fit D sized maglites? I was told to look at H22A's heatsinks but all his heatsinks work with cree bare emiters which I can't find. Can someone please help me?

have you tried futureelectronics.com, I have bought some bare emitters from them before... not the ones your talking about though....
