Where to safely sell a laser device?

I know ebay is not the place to sell a unit that has over 5mw power, so where is a good place? This one I purchased from a reputable source had a note on the side that said 38.8 but I am not sure what this means. I know what I paid for it, and am willing to take a little less. I have put maybe 15 minutes on it, and been pretty cautious not to exceed about 15 seconds duty cycle. Anyone interested?
