Which batteries and charger?

I have got a Trustfire P7-F16, the new flashlight of dealextreme.

I buy two LIFEPO4 in DX, but the batteries with no-load has 3,4v and the power of the flashlight is "poor", I was testing this batteries.

I tested with 3 cells external eneloop at 4,24v and the power is "correct".

Wich is the 18650 recomended?, AW?

Where I buy a good 18650 and charger?

Some charger or some batteries of DX are good?

I prefer more power than time of battery, I like a thrower.
