Which Traffic Wand For A Nitecore MH25?

I have a Nitecore MH25 and I am looking for a traffic wand for it. It looks like there may be more than one to choose from. What would be my best choice and why?

Anyone knows if the Nitrocore supports worldwide shipping? I have a lot of items in my cart but couldn't decide whether to approve or cancel. It looks to me that they online ship inside the US.
