Who makes the VB-16 Light?

I picked up a VB-16 light a year or so ago back on the MarketPlace. Who makes this light? Is there a upgraded version inprogress with say a Cree XP-G/XP-E? Thanks for your help.

Don't know who actually made it.
The one I got years ago was the QuickSilver V ... from Emillion .

I wonder what happened to Emillion ?

I doubt there are any upgraded versions in progress.

Have to do it yourself .
